- First your site must not be under construction !!!
- You won't become a member of PCJLE if your site contains pornogrphic pictures and stuff like that (crack's,hack's,serialz do not belong to this term)
- Your baner must be a GIF format picture which size musn't exceed 20 kb. It has to be 400 pixel width and 60 pixel hight
- "Alt" text has to be less than 50 symbols.
